A: $100 flat rate per house call, and one visit covers up to 4 hours. (End of year special, limited time.)
Q: Is there a charge if you can't fix it?
A: No. If I can't fix it, you don't pay.
Q: Do you come to my house?
A: Yes. I'm a local mobile repair tech. I come to your home and fix the problem at your kitchen table.
Q: Do you work on Macs?
A: Yes, I work on both Windows PCs and Macs.
Q: Do you help seniors and beginners?
A: Yes. I'm patient, I explain things in plain English, and I offer one-on-one tutoring for beginners and seniors.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Jennings Lodge, Gladstone, Oregon City, Park Place, Johnson City, Clackamas, Happy Valley, Beavercreek, Hillendale, West Linn, Lake Oswego and Sellwood. I'll also drive out to Carver, Redland, Damascus and Boring.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes. Veterans, military and seniors (65+): ask about a discount.
